Ht. 5', Wt. 135 - well my plan was to work out everyday for two weeks and eat healthy meals with no snacking. okay well i woke up at like 3:30 today so i skipped breakfast and lunch and im gonna have a healthy dinner but i don't think i can do my full workout at the gym. do you think if i just do like 50 sit ups that would be good? and did i do okay today? i no i havent eaten anything yet and thats bad

Margo uv got 2 eat!!! or ul lose so much weight and den wen u start to eat ul put on al de weight! believe me iv tried it. but it i only starved for a day lol!!!!!!
