Ht. 5' 3'', Wt. 160- for now at - hey! i'm now 160 lbs. yay!! but my doc still says that i need to lose another 40! the problem is that i'm at summer camp the rest of the summer and i don't have time to spend excercising. i have a question! if you only eat about 270 cals. a day but you eat filling meals like 3 onces of carrots every meal and take a vitamin that gives all the essential vitamins and nutrients you need is that healthy?
P.S. Basically all my clothes don't fit anymore so my mom said that she would buy me completely new clothes when i get to 120 lbs.!!!!!!!!!!

270 calories a day is not enough for a teenager, but summer camps are usually active.

Actually you need to eat at least 1800 b/c your a teenager and you should be active at summer camp

u should be active at summer camp so dont worry about it
