Ht. 5'4, Wt. st 185 now 171 - HAHAH I DEDICATE THIS POST TO MARGO AND ANYONE ELSE WHO ASKED ME FOR TIPS OR WHATEVER YESSS!<3 Okay so i made a complete lifestyle change i didn't just go on a diet because lets face it once we start eating regular food again your just gonna gain the weight back. I started by cutting out ALL SODA. all i drank was diet soda but still the sugar in the soda is bad for you not to mention since i wasn't drinking soda i was drinking more water. I drink water all day thats all i drink and if i go out i get ice tea with lemon and no sugar. I drink about 10 8oz glasses of water a day now. and i think it had been a big reason why i actually lost the weight. So then i fixed my food hbbits. I dont eat fast food anymore at all. If my family gets fast food i'll get a subway or a salad. I never really liked fast food to began with anyways. Then at home I stopped snacking all day i found other ways to keep myself occupied (gum mostly lol) and if i really needed to eat i always have fresh watermelon (any fruit will work i just LOVE watermelon and it fills you up cause its almost all water) then i made sure i mesured out stuff like cereal so i was only getting one serving of it. I eat tons and tons and tons of veggies i was never a big meat eater so if i do have some its just a little bit mainly you just have to control yourself and realize that taste is only temporary. I FEEL 100x's better when i eat a really healthy salad or something it just makes me feel refreshed. Im a huge ice cream eater its my fav thing in the whole world so i get ben and jerrys low fat ice cream and measure it out. I get one with chocolate in it for when i need my chocolate fix and its great for "that time of the month" girls lol. I have slipped sooooooo many times of course but i just keep on going. Excersise is soooooo important i do 20- 30 min of intense cardio almost everyday day i miss some days but i try to do it everyday then sit ups on my giant excersise ball then any fun workout things i find in magazines. I also started parking my car FARRRRRRRR away since i live in california we drive everywhere lol so make sure i at least walk the parking lot. Things like that. I dance when i clean or when i just feel like dancing.
