Ht. 5'3, Wt. 164 - This is my problem.. I want 2 lose weight and i dont kno how. I am very athletic, i play soccer and basketball, and i do 100 crunches, 10 prush-up holds,50 regular push-ups and i only have 1 coke a day. but it seem's like every time i do exercise i seem 2 gain weight.. plz e-mail me at kandygirl2214@aol.com if u have any tips cuz i really dony kno wat 2 do.And i am very muscular and i think that has something 2 do with my weight but i dont kno how 2 lose the fat!

hey kandace, instead of drinking one coke a day change it to diet coke or drink water or orange juice its far healthier. Im overweight too and im athletic, all you have to do is cut out all the junk food and eat healthier. instead of sweets eat fruit. it is hard i no im tryin 2 lose weight myself and iv got 2 lose 4 stone!!! but juz keep tryin and dont give up!!!
