I RAN ABOUT 30-60 minutes. I FORGOT TO KEEP TRACK BUT I AM SOCKING WET FROM HEAD TO TOE!! I AM PLANNING TO RIDE MY BIKE FOR ABOUT AN HOUR LATER AND DO CRUNCHES, PUSH-UPS, SIT-UPS, HEEL RAISES, BICYCLE CRUNCHES, SQUATS AND WHATEVER I CAN DO TO LOSE WEIGHT BY AUGUST 10th

lol. Well you should run for about 20-30 minutes to really get a good workout for the day. But if you plan on working out more throughout the day, try running about 15 minutes (which would be about a mile and a half for me, but it depends on how fast you run)
