Ht. 5'1, Wt. lets say 150 - ok, im scared to weigh myself, but im most likely getting my period tomorrow so i really should. for two days i ran 5 miles each day and ate well, and then the next two days i seriously binged because i had this unquenchable need for peanut butter and anything sweet (another sign its going to be that time of month....) and yesterday and ran 5 miles again, but ate a little more than usual, but still within my calorie range. today, well, i just woke up. lol. should i weigh myself??! it cant be that bad...

i swear being a female sucks everytime its "that time of the month" i screw up grrrrrrrr boys are so lucky... haha but anyways yah weigh yourself just remember that your weight can flectuate up to 5 pounds depending on the time of day what day what you ate ect. <3

id weigh yourself because its important to know where you are with your weight and stuff
