Ht. 5'4", Wt. 134 - I really need help. Please answer someone! I need to lose at least 10 pounds before August 12th! Please help! I am desperate! Even though I don't have an eating disorder, I tend to overeat a lot when I'm not hungry. And also I hate exercising and i'm to lazy to do it. Please help me find a way to lose at least 10 pounds before August 12th. PLLEASSEE!

I am not Really fond of working out when I am all alone in my room doing crunches....its sooooo boring...but i still do it! this is what I do I turn on the radio and I shut my door then I get out my weights and I even bought an excersise ball! I do like 15 crunches (on the ball or not) then I stop and lift weights( I usually do "the bench press") then 15 more crunches and more weights then back and forth untill I am all sweaty! then I rest for like 2 or 3 min.(drink water) then when there is a good song on the radio I just get up and dance like INSANE!!!!!! (thats why I close the door) i just move non stop I do kicks, dips and turn I just keep moving! after about 5-10 min i take a break and wait for another song!!
