Ht. 5'3'', Wt. 147 - Heres what I ate today: Breakfast: some fat free yogurt lunch: (more like 2:00pm) a mayo, ham, cheese, and mustard sandwhich dinner: 1 chicken leg

Cut the sandwich in half and eat veggies at dinner and that would be perfect!

u need to cut out the fat. replace the food...and eat a little more! u must have been starving. try eating foods that are more filling and better for u. like salad with dinner.. more fruits and vegies.

Mayo, cheese, Ham, and Chicken leg...Try fat free mayo(I think it tastes the same as regular) fat free lunchmeat and No cheese...for dinner try GRILLED chicken and Vegetables

try to cut our mayo, ketchup, and sugar.Also, cut out dressing that has a creamy look to it.
