Ht. 5'1, Wt. 160 - I would LOVE to tone up my thighs abs and arms before the end of August....I would love to lose about 30 pounds but toning my body would be SOOO much better! I think Its possible! Does any body have any tips??

hey. weight training is gonna help so much. i personally havent started yet but yeah lol. doing crunches will help build up abs and muscles in the stomach and also doing stretching in the legs will help build muscle and stuff there. i dont know if this helped but im going to get started on weight training because i would absoulutely LOVE to tone up my body lol. good luck!
