Ht. 5'3, Wt. 130-150 - I AM GOING TO LOSE IT (MY HEAD NOT THE WEIGHT) ONE OF THESE DAYS!! I AM SICK AND TIRED OF BEING FAT, UGLY AND FATTT!! I TRY EVERYTHING TO LOSE WEIGHT BUT I JUST CANT AND I DONT KNOW WHY!!! MY HEADS GONNA BLOW!!! SOMEONE HELP BEFORE ITS TOO LATE!!! I DONT WANT TO START HIGH SCHOOL LOOKING LIKE THIS!!! I EXERCISE AND EAT THE HEALTHIEST I CAN. AND I EVEN COMPLETELY GAVE UP SODA FOR ABOUT 2-5WEEKS NOW BUT I DONT THINK I HAVE LOST AN INCH OR A POUND!!IF YOU HAVE ANY TIPS PLEEEZ REPLY!!!I NEED MOTIVATION AND TIPS NO ONE HELPS ME AT HOME

hi, don't eat 3hrs before your bedtime because if you before your going to gain more weight, and also start off very easy with riding bikes and you can even go with friends ....and chose the food you eat wisley.....did you know if you stand up instead of sitting you can loose 1/2 -1 lbs :D pink_babiex@hotmail.com
