Ht. 5'3'', Wt. 140 - hey well i been eatin ok like...a fruit or eggg in the morn a sandwich @lunch (whole grain bread),and at dinner basically w/e my mom kooks (its not bad) but i snak :(!i usually snk on a small salad or alota fruit or vegeies!i no the fruits & veggies r healthy but i think i may eat too much of them snaking ,wat do u think?

You're eating good, but lower the amount of food you eat.

Drinkin a glass of water can fill u up if u feel like snacking, if u dont like water drink a diluted drink so ur stil gettin de minerals and u wont want 2 snack!!

It all depends on the amount to calories that you intake. If it's over 2000 lower it. But snacking on fruit and veggies is the best if you need to snack. Personally by what you tell me I think your fine.
