Ht. 55, Wt. 245 - okay.....I would love to lose a 100 lbs......I have trouble getting on a diet and staying on a diet. Can anyone please help me?

Reply from nikki, Age 17 - 07/20/05 - IP#: 24.141.38.xxx definately take one step at a time. do it by meals. like for the first (howeever long it takes u to manage this one) eat a bowl of healthy ceral and fruit for breakvast .. and w/e u eat the rest. then when u manage that. change ur lunch. then ur dinner... till u got it. then when u do this and loose some weigh.t do it over again (im assuming the meals will be a bit bigger than average when u start. but at least there healthy!) good luck! o and celebrate every pound lost be proud! :)

All i know is that i have to lose weight. im tired of being overweight. i have been all my life and now its time for a change. My plan is to cute out all sodas and fast food as well....drink a ton of water everyday....and do some exercise at night most likely because my job is a workoput in itself. im on my feet for 7 hours straight move around all the time....so its not like i sit all the time. i have to and i want to lose weight. i will feel so much better about myself if i do. i really need the motivation and support too. so if anybody wants to email me...please do. brix_0406@yahoo.com
Reply from Fiona, Age 13 - 07/20/05 - IP#: 80.44.115.xxx I no how you feel! its reli hard to stick a diet! well first of all eat ur breakfast, cut out sugary cereals. eat a sandwhich 4 lunch- make it a ham or chicken 1. then eat a salad 4 ur tea and fruit in between. drink loads of water and do exercise like walkin or cycling.

I don't know about u but my problem is that I drink a lot of coke and eat a lot of fast food. what I am going to do so I can try and lose 50 pounds is drink a gallon of water everyday and stop eating fast food and walk or ride my bike a mile everyday well what I think u should do is target your bad eating or exerciseing habits and cut them out of your life. now i dont know if this will work or not but I will try and i think it could work hope i helped a little. bye
