Ht. 5'0, Wt. 135 - i had trix for breakfast, and two casaqueas for lunch and ij ust had a med. oreo concrete. i did bad today. but im not goin to eat anything the rest of the day.

ah you still shouldnt punish urself like that. try to eat more food but healthier. worked for me
