Ht. 5'1, Wt. 160 - All I hear on this site is "I want to lose 5 pounds" "I've been working out and I'm not losing weight!"
Ok first Losing pounds is NOT as significant as losing INCHES...Understand..? You may only lose 2-3 pounds BUT take about a total of 5-30 Inches off your body! My brother was working out alot and he couldnt seem to lose any pounds..But when he Measured himself he lost like 37 INCHES! muscle weighs alot! I just wanted to get that out there!!!
