Ht. 5'1, Wt. 172 - ughhhhhh i totally screwed up today! OMG my mom is buying my school clothes next month and i wanna loose at least 20 lbs by then really badly!!! HELP!!

I've been swimming for over 3 weeks now every day and I havn't lost any weight, but I have really toned arm muscles now. The muscle feels nasty but it looks alright.

Reply from dena, Age 14 - 07/21/05 - IP#: 152.163.100.xxx hey hey CALMMM DOWNN!! its okay !!!!! calm down, first dont set such a huge impossible goal like that, just start a diet and soon u will lose weight the healthy way, dont do that its almost impossible!! itll make u crazy , start a little diet not a big one! its okay u messed up ITS OKAYY!! everyone esses up just start fresh another daY!!! thats all, forget today forget it! when YOU feel is the right time to start a diet thats when u start it, when u feel u can really do this, thats when u start dont make such big goals for urself, and also im sure u will be fine in ur clothes for school i had a friend who was 350+ and she looked fine in clothes!!
