Ht. 5'10, Wt. 230 - ok, im gonna try this for a while- when i get up, im usually not very hungry, so ill eat a peice of fruit.... between that and lunch, i will chew about 2 peices of gum, then eat around 160-200 cal. for lunch, and eat a peice of fruit, then more gum until dinner- ive done it for the past couple of days and been drinking 1 gal. or more on water and 2 cups of milk- will that help me lose weight?

Not always , see if you dont exercise than your food diet wont always work you need to work off those calories and then some
If you have a bike ride that for about 30 minutes a day or more. Then i'd probly just do some cardio like jumproping or running/jogging. You will lose more weight then. Good Luck!!:)
