Ht. 5'10, Wt. 230 - ok ATTENTION EVERYONE i found the secret ways to successfully lose weight!!! Drink lots and lots of water, try not to drink sodas, no fast food, cut down on what u eat, eat slower, eat a good breakfast, exercise 1-2 hours a day- then u should lose weight.. sound familiar?? we all know what to do, its the doing it that gets us. motivation to do all of it is the hardest thing to do- buy something that u love a lot in a size lower than where u r. thats what i did- and im planning on losing weight- everyone says, ill lose weight during the summer, ill start on monday, or ill wait til next week- these r all excuses- if u want to lose weight, start today, start now, and remember- the first couple weeks r the worst! good luck to all of ya'll!!!!!
