Ht. 5' 3'', Wt. 158 - hey guys! i just measured my waist and it's 37 inches!!!! i need some really good tips to how lose inches fast! i want to atleast have a 29 inch waist before school starts or a little bit after. i also still need to lose 38 to 48 pounds. any tips would be helpful! thankx! !

you can loose more then 2 lbs a week

When does your school start? b/c the most you can lose is 2 lbs a week, so you'd be able to get it off in 8 weeks to 10 weeks (32 lbs in 8 weeks and 36 in 10 weeks.)
