Ht. 5'4, Wt. 143 - hey omg!! school starts in like a month i so dont wanna go back. befor i start schhol i wanna lose some weight i run like everyday but i wanna work on my tummy i dont drink soda but eat junk food im trying to stop but its hard anyone have ne ideas or some advice please help

Try writing down everything that you eat. This will help hold you accountable for what you eat. You'll be more aware of eating habits. Also write down any feelings that you are having, so you know if you eat because of emotions. Only eat after you write it in the journal, and dont eat anything else. You might also try giving up one kind of food at a time. Once you feel comfortable living without (insert a junk food you like here) try giving up something else as well. Good luck!

i know what yea mean junk food is hard to get out of ur systum, what i did was i paid really close attention to what i was eating, prolly a lot of just go up to it see it and then eat it without even thinking, even before u go in the kitchen mack sure u think is there anything in there i want. i know its the summer but when it comes to junk food thinking is a very good thing.
