Dont undereat!!! Unless you are planning to undereat the rest of your life, you are going to gain a ton of weight when you start eating normally again. besides, it's dangerous. People have dies from it. Instead, just make small changes you can live with. Try cutting back on the soda, if you drink alot. Go for a walk around the block once a day. Get moving. not overeating, doing a sport u like, like i like to swim so i do that but i hate walking on tredmills and if i do it, it discourages me cause i don't like it so dont do something u don't like find another way, if u do like it then walk 3 different speeds like slow for 1 min then little faster for another min then a little faster for a min then go back to the beggining and start over and do that for atlest 20 mins and that will help ur motab quicken dont eat after 8, and good luck i wish the best for all of u
