Ht. 5'3", Wt. 145 - okay is this good? i did 100 sit ups on each side to work my love handles and then i did 200 regular sit ups and then 100 reverse sit ups ( u lay on ur back and put ur legs at a 90 degree angle then pull them to chest and back) i did the regular sit ups with weights and then i danced with weights in my hands making sure to use my arms and then i did that thing where you hold the weights and punch out with one arm and pull it back and then do it again with the other. Then i jump roped for 20 mins. I'v eaten 360 calories today do u think i burned them off? well im gonna excersize more.

Ok, I guess i forgot about the rest of the post...sorry, forget about the part in my other post saying you should do other exercizes as well..heehee, sorry, my bad.

Holy crap, that's a lot of sit ups. I would suggest that you cut back a bit on them, and doing some other exercize as well. I read somewhere that doing a bazillion sit ups wont really benefit you that much more, than just a few (like a total of 200). Also, I agree. you need to eat more. It can be healthy, but just make sure you are eating.

I think you did great on the excersizing!!! BUT! Honey, you NEED to eat more than that! The way it works is you need to eat a certain ammount of calories a day to simply survive, and I promise you, its more than 360.

You really shouldn't exersize that much. Do something that you can stick with. Like, playing a sport, or running 30 mins. on a treadmill. It will be alot easier trust me.

stop exersizes seriously.you'll get tired of doing it and give up so just do what u said on ur post 3 times a week. and you need to eat more hopfully ur eating healthy.good job and keep up the good work
