Ht. 5'3", Wt. 145 - today i excersized a lot and ate 740 calories (i havent eaten dinner yet) and learned that i am 17.5 pounds over weight and it will take me 9 weeks to lose it if i lose 2 pounds a week. there is like 5 weeks until school starts so i can lose what.. 10 pounds. can anyone help me out with the motivation thing i know how to lose the weight but i am not very motivated.

You can lose like 5 pounds a week if you really work out everyday and target all your different muscles. You can walk and bike for your legs, but you need to do something for your upper body. you can lift weights or throw a heavy ball alot like playin softball!!!

you can loose more then 2 lbs a week in a healthy way trust me i know i was on weight watchers and they told me everything i need to know plus m cousin lost 3.5 lbs in a week so yeah um u can do it!
