Ht. 5'0, Wt. 137 - at like 6 i ate tosted wheat bread with hot pepper cheese and turkey with a little mayo. and thats all i had today. and i think later tonight me and my sister are you to go workout. i no i didnt eat a lot but i wasnt hungry. comments please.

Julie thats a good idea. I have been eating like, 2 meals a day, and I never eat when im not hungry. Maybe i should eat 4 or 5 small meals a day. That makes sence lol

You didn't each much at all. Not only is this bad for your body, but it also doesn't really help your weight loss. It's better to eat healthy small meals about 4-5 times a day, even if you are not that hungry. It keeps your metabolism going, so it'll continue burning calories.
