Ht. 5'4", Wt. 210 - Today was my first day on Weight Watchers. I went under on my points, but that's because I woke up late. Anyway, I'm just wondering how I did. BREAKFAST: 1/2 cup plain oatmeal and a salad with lettuce, cauliflower, broccoli, tomatoes, cucumber, etc. and fat free italian dressing. LUNCH: A sandwich, made on wheat bread, turkey breast, lots of veggies and mustard, some Yoplait 99% fat free yogurt, and a bottle of Propel water. DINNER: Chicken breast(I know, not that much, but I wasn't hungry) DESSERT: A banana and cantelope with some fat free whip cream(20 calories per serving and 0 points) So, how'd I do? and can I do anything to improve? Thanks.

Wow that's awesome! You had like no fat at all almost! Maybe eat a little less for breakfast and a little more for dinner.

Without knowing much about weight watchers, I would say that you did really good. That sounds like a really healthy day. Awesome job. Keep it up. Good luck.
