Ht. 5'7", Wt. 162 - oops..i kind of messed up my morning. of course, i did prevent myself from eating more which was good. anyway, i had a plum and 2 medium sized pancakes and a little bit of syrup. oops :(

Yeah, that wasn't the best you could have done, but don't worry about it now, there's nothing you can do. Just try to stay on track for a while. It's said that it's actually good to have a meal a week that isn't really healthy. It helps keep your metabolism going. Just try not to let it get to be more than once a week. GOOD LUCK!!!

u clould have done a lot better instead of pncakes you should have had toast with jam because pncakes r very fatining and next time have more fruit than a plum have like a regular size bowl of grapefruit. Good luck
