25 lbs in one month is alot. It's probably unhealthy. I don't think a good doctor would tell you to do something like that.

well thats pretty well impossible, you'd have to go on a very strict diet and exercise as the dr. says. I don't think thats healthy but im not a doctor.

Just try to cut back on the amount of junk food you eat, replace it with healthy fruits, veggies, or other healthy food, and increase the amount of exercize. Try to find something that you enjoy doing. Walking with a friend, jumping rope, shooting hoops, whatever, as long as it get you more active. A good idea is try to stick with something that maybe isn't as fun, like speed walking, workout videos, gym equipment, if you have access, to help speed up the results.
