Ht. 5'3", Wt. 145 - Okay i know i just posted but this is what i have been doing for excersize lately and i wanna know what you guyz think of it. I do 100 side sit ups on each side for my love handles then i do this thing where you hold weights and do a sit up as you straighten and lift one leg up as you reach your arms around it well i did 50 of those on each leg. Then sometimes I'll dance holding weight and using my arms a lot or I'll jump rope for like 10 mins. Well what do you think?

I lost over 10 pounds jaust doign it, it really does help, make sure you do it two times a day so you can get use to it holla!
Reply from Julie, Age 16 - 07/25/05 - IP#: 4.242.171.xxx Keep in mind that sit ups dont burn fat, it just builds muscle, which does help burn more fat, so it is important, but dont forget to ALSO put emphasis on cardio, to burn the fat that you have. Jump roping is a really good exercize, so keep doing it!!!
