Ht. 5'3'', Wt. 146 - Ha, im eating and my dog is standing right beside me staring at me. She always wants what im eating lol. Well anyway, Im eating a small sausage bisquit with cheese. I know its bad but its my 3rd small meal of the day and I cant find anything else to eat lol. 2morrow i'll do better

If it's an option, maybe next time your mom (or whoever) goes shopping, you can go with them and try to find some healthy food that you would be interested in eating. Good luck.
