Ht. 5' 1", Wt. 297 -
I am really overweight. I went to the doctor last month and he was really shocked that I weighed 289 and had gained 20 pounds in the last 3 months. I got so depressed and started eating and gained like 8 pounds and now i am almost 300. Im also really short so I look horrible. I quit school and am homescholling because i cant walk very much. I have thin legs but all my fat is in my belly which my doctor said was 62 inches. Thats more than my height!! I cant see what my feet look like except in the mirror because I am so fat. I just at 3 doughnuts and am so depressed. Ill probably die of being fat...

josh i know how u feel i was 220 i ate all the time when i was sad when my bf left me for my best friend i ate for a week no stopping but 2 months ago i said no more and i got up and starteing walking first was 30 mins a day now i do 1 hour and i bike 30 mins im Down to 185 and you feel so much better just say to yaself i can do it and you will if u like junk foos just replace it with heathy food like i did i love chips to death i replace it with rice chips and pretend its chips lol hey it work for me and im still going and i know you can too do it for yourself and noone eles and now that i have lost 33 pounds i have boys that like me hahah feels good but josh plz do it just try if u cant walk 30 mins walk 5 mins 2 mins just do something and you will feel so much better if u have msn add me ok leah_rowe@hotmail.com i will help u if i can we are here for that u came to this site for a reason now do something about it :D bye bye and good luck

Juts wanna say i admire you so much, ive been obese, and i kno ppl say to love yourself all the time, but that rilly is the best step. i wish i could just like be right there next to u LOL, but kno that u have a lot of ppl rooting for u, so make us proud chica!

ok, negative thinking should be the first thing to go- if u say ur going to die fat, that means u dont care about doing anything about it.. first of all- i want u to look at ur lifestyle, dont change ur diet drastically, but cut down majorly on fast food and junk- includes chips, cookies, and candy- if u feel the hunger urge- chew on double bubble gum... if u watch tv all the time, get up and walk during commercials, just walk in place.. and then when u feel like u can do it- walk an entire 30 min. show- trust me, everything could get better if u let it happen

hey man... first of all its never too late...i myself am overweighted...im about 145 an in about 5'5.... what you need to start doing exercise and STOP eacting jusk food... i know it good but it doesnt do any good to you body... go to the park and walk... take it slaoww.. im trying to loose at least 10lbs in two wweeks... i have a beuty pagent conpetition so wish me luck//// if you dont like walking do something tha you like that may hel you loose weight... DANCE>>>DANCE>>> it get you loosin weight fastoooo

Wow. I'm sorry you are having such a hard time. The best advice I can give you is to do your best and try really really hard. Take it one day at a time, eat really healthy. Use your life as motivation. You can do anything you set your mind on. GOOD LUCK!!!
