Ht. 5'2", Wt. 140 - hey you guys.ummm have a question i really wanna lose weight before school starts. how much do u think i could lose before then. and how do i stop myself from eating s o much. i wanna weigh 111pounds before the year is over. do u think i could do that? but how? and how do u get ride of having a butt, yeah i need some major encouragement and help guys. thanks a ton, and God bless
Reply from Amie, Age 13 - 07/27/05 - IP#: 216.176.83.xxx 8 lbs in 5 days? thats absurd. 1 to 2 lbs a week are the basic amount you should lose. anymore than that is unhealthy. Granted some weeks you'll lose more, but that shouldn't be happening every week.

A good estimate is two pounds a week...but remember, this is not exact. A lot of people seem to have the idea that this is the way it's going to be, but it's not always. Just do the basics, exercize and eat right. Good luck!

Like, I'll set the goal to lose 5 pounds in 8 days, for example and since it seems like an easy goal, I go for it. And when I step on the scale, and see i've lost 5 pounds I'm so happy and i keep on doing the same. And I just know that you can do it, too. Just set little goals and before you know it, you'll have lost 15-20 pounds! :) I hope that helps ya. Oh, and remember, watch the foods u eat. Good Luck!! :)
