Ht. 5'8, Wt. 179 - Hey peeps! I hope some of y'all can give me some advice. I'm trying to lose weight not just to look good like everyone, but to prevent high blood pressure (which runs in the family). So, I'm 179 pounds and I'm beginning to really eat well, but my upper legs and hips are what contains the fat. Would anyone know some effective exercises? Also, I think that if you know any healthy recipes you should post them, bcuz i'm sure tht'd help people with eating healthy! Thanx everyone!
