Ht. 5'6, Wt. 225 - well you know for my size and stuff...is it okay if i go on a low calorie diet??? for pretty much all summer i've been under 1000 cals a day... and i've lost about 10 pounds...but is it safe for me? i'm in martial arts...and well thats usually my workout...but still i've been being really tired lately...and i'm wondering if my diet has something to do with this...i dont know...i just need some advice... thanks ~Cassie
Reply from Julie, Age 16 - 07/28/05 - IP#: 4.242.171.xxx Remember, when you don't eat much, you slow down your metabolism, which makes it hard for you to maintain your weight once you reach your goal. I agree with Orcy, in that you might wanna think about 1500 calories.
