Ht. 5'3, Wt. 160 - i feel depressed and discouraged becuz i dont think i have lost a pound this summer. i gave up all soda and most juice. i try my best to exercise as much as i can and try to make the healthiest choices of the foods we have at home. but my belly, thigh, arm, and calf ffat wont budge. i even pray to GOD and ask him to help me lose weight cuz i'm tired of being teased and laughed at cuz of my weight. lately i feel like someone sucked the life out of me i'm drained, tired and i dont see the point of living if all i have to do is fight a war. the weight war. if there is anyone out there who can give me tips or is in the same situation or has overcame a situation like this pllzz reply. also ne 1 with weight lose tips that really work and i can see a change in about 1-2.5 weeks. thanx
Reply from Julie, Age 16 - 07/28/05 - IP#: 4.242.171.xxx Yeah, I'm also getting discouraged. I exercize like crazy, and I eat REALLY healthy, but I have only lost about 5 pounds this summer.
