Ht. 5"8, Wt. 151.5 - ihave only lost 7 pounds all summer which has been a month grrrrrrr i think i am doing everything right like yesterday i didn't eat breakfst or lunch because i didn't get up until 2:00 btu i ate a handfull of crackers n for supper i had chicken stir-fry it had chicken green pepper celary and onions n califlower n for a snack i ice cream is that bad do u think i did good? please help me i am a size 11 and i wanna be a 7 i wanna lose fat in my thighs i would love if u told me what i should do to get to my goal !!!

i think you did good as long as you usually eat brekfast and lunch, or atleast lunch. you should be getting like 1200 to 1500 calories a day. 7 lbs sounds perfect for months, considering you could lose 1-3 lbs a week. great job! keep it up :)
