Ht. 5'4", Wt. 135 - I'm not that overwieght but sometimes i feel fat around ny friends. Also I have something calkled Hypothyroidism and it makes me gain weight. I haven't gained any weight in a while but i'm still trying to lose some before school starts in one month. I need some tips on how to do it and on how to eat healthier. If anybody can help please write me back!
