Ht. 5"2, Wt. 195 - hey whats up? day four of my liquid diet .....i suppose to only do it 3 days a week but im losing weight soo fast 203 to 195 in 4 days....this is so freakin awesome..lol .....
Reply from Holly, Age 18 - 07/30/05 - IP#: 142.165.25.xxx No one esle try this it is unhealthly and we your start to eat again, yor body will store the fat of the food your eating and cause you to gain the weight back, and gain even more weight, trust me it happened to me i weigh 205 when i was 16 and i tried it and i was sooo happy, then i ate, and it was healthly food and gain, it back and 5 pounds more, sooo please listen to me DO NOT TRY THIS DIET UNLESS YOU WANT TO GAIN WEIGHT, WHICH YOU DON'T !!!!!!!!!! REMEMBER eat healthy nad exercise you be surpised of the results!
