Ht. 5'10, Wt. 230 - ok, major crisis now! school is going to start in one week, and i just go a job. I get out of school at 12:15 and go to work either 1 or 2.. I get off at 6. by that point, i probably wouldnt eat anything since i dont eat breakfast... i dont kno how to get my calories in without pigging out when i get home- and working out is going to be a problem also- i dont kno what to do- should i get up early in the morning and jog for 30 mins. then when i get home, i can do some push ups and crunches?? please comment- thanx!

you should eat breakfast, people who eat breakfast are less likely too binge on food later in the day. also u should not skip meals cause it slows ur matabilism down which cause u too gain weight. eat 6 small meals a day, drink 8 glasses of water a day and do an hour of cardio evry other day and some free weight every other day u dont do cardio , and u shall loose weight

I have a busy schedule just like you and I'll tell you what works wonders for me. I get up an hour earlier in the morning, eat a quick breakfast(because it will help you loose weight!) then either jog or do yoga. I take my lunch with me to work which is usually something like carrots, a peanut butter sandwich, and an apple or banana. When I get home I just eat whatever my mom has fixed for dinner (keeping portion sizes in mind) and then I jog or do crunches during commercials of my favorite shows. Trust me that you'll do fine as long as you really want to loose the weight...I've lost 12 pounds!
