Ht. 5'5, Wt. 150 - you can microwave an egg!! just crack the egg into a bowl beat up the yoke and the egg white then cook for 50 seconds you may need to stop and stir it half way. iT'S good for you fast and requires no oil or butter just 70-90 calories depending on the egg!
