Ht. 5'7, Wt. 200 - Hi I really need to lose weight im so over weight. My average weight should be like 150. Dose anyone have any clue how I could lose about 50 lbs. Please I dont want to go on some stupid diet(tried it dosnt work). Im overweight really bad im scared. Ive tried everything. Tried writing down what I eat. Tried to walk more,drink less soda. I dont eat alot of junk food, But I do drink alot of soda, and eat alot of greasy High Calorie/Carbs.
