Ht. 5'4, Wt. st 185 now 168 - i know i just posted but i have a question.. its kinda odd but whatever.. when you guys start loosing weight does like your fat start to feel squishier..like since ive been loosing weight my stomach fat and arm fat seem to be like really squishy.. almost like its breaking up .. i dunno maybe im weird. haha okay that was all

I think it might be that you lost a little fat, and have extra skin and space so it doesn't feel as thick. If that makes sense? :-)

I have thought mine seemed liked that, but never been sure if I was just imagining it...so, I guess so
