Ht. 5'4, Wt. 200 - hey everybody my name is kelly and im 14 i weigh 200 ponds and i lost 15 pounds over the summer but i have 3 weeks till school starts adn dont even know were to start to lose more weight my goal is at least 150 but i dont exspect that to happend in three days put my biggest problem is im lazy as hell i mean cum on im on the computer at 12:pm whats that {lol};)but on the real i talk on the phone all day and stay in the house all the time but part of that is becuase i live in texas and i cant stand the heat adn we all know how that gose down here it can be 70 out and feel like 110 but anywayz i waz wondering if anybody could HELP me for real i mean how many crunches adn a day how much do i have to run or ride my bike i mean im not tring to look like no damn model and be a f**** size 2 and all but i at least wanna be smaller than i am my jean size is a 13-15 and my mom can wear my own cloths and she thinks she cute but she really aint adn it dont feel to good when ur mom sit there on her ass all day and says i weigh less than kellys dose and she can wear your cloths and my mom BIG to not 2 talk dirty bout my moms cus i love her but shes worng i no im prolly boring everbody but if you could PLESE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My mom did that! I don't know what it is wearing girl clothing doesn't mean it makes you look young. When you exerise if you can do it indoors or do 10 minute sessions outside 3-6 times a day depending on how much you exerise.

Congratulations on your loss so far. It's a great start! Well, anything is better than nothing, but I would recommend trying to workout for at least half an hour, and as you get used to it, add some more. Good luck!!! Email me if you wanna talk. dragonzrule_759@hotmail.com
