Ht. 5'1, Wt. 137 - Hi there! How was everyone's first day of August? I hope well. I am hardcore buckling down on my weight loss for the first day of school now! My goal is to be 130 lbs by August 24th! I am afraid, though, that after school starts I'll get rather busy, and all this working out I'm doing now will slowly dissolve from my crazy schedule. I know it might be a little early to discuss this topic, but does anyone have any suggestions on keeping up the workouts after school begins? I would greatly appreciate anyone's advice! I suggest putting aside a specific time to exercise every day...and then just try to keep to this scedule. Good luck! <3<3Rach*
