Ht. 5 feet, Wt. 142 - heyy,
at the end of the summer i was wearing a size 9 (while all my friends were wearing 0's and 1's) and I weighed a good solid 130 pounds, yesterday i got on the scale and was shocked, I was 142.5, thats a 12 pound gain in 1 month and 3 days!! I had been wearing atletic shorts all summer so they still fit although i did notice they got a bit tighter, so I tried on a pair of my jeans from last year and they didn't fit! I could barley pull them up and couldn't zip them at all, I also got stretch marks on my thighs because they gained alot of fat really fast. When I went shopping to see what size I was I was a thight 13, and a 15 in just a few items! How do I take off my summer fat and maybe even a little of my previous! PLEASE HELP

I went from 129 to 144 over the summer. That's 15 lbs. I have the same problem.

Just eat right and exercise. Try to eat healthy foods, and don't eat too much. If you want to count calories I suggest 1200-1500 calories a day. Exercise for 30-60 minutes 5 times a day. Good luck! <3<3Rach*
