Ht. 5'7", Wt. 145 - Hey, I'm back again. I just wanted to ask if anyone knows any praticular exercises or whatever that will help me lose weight from my waist and legs? That's my real trouble area. Thanks.

If you just want it to stay away for a few days then more power too you. But if I were you I'd want to go for lasting results!
