Ht. 5'8, Wt. 170 - Hey everyone! I start school again in about 6 weeks. I want to know your opinions on how much weight you think I can loose. I really want to loose 20 pounds but I know thats probably not possible. I work out about 3 times a day for atleast 30 minutes. Im on a diet. Breakfast: Green Tea and a slice of wheat bread. Lunch:Salad and water Snack:Grapes Dinner:Salad and 1 cup of green beans. I drink alot of water during the day. (Oh and I know.. no meat in my diet but Im a vegetarien, Just so you know) I really want to look nice for school. Any tips for me? I wish you all luck on your weight loss too! If anyone needs a buddy to keep them motivated let me know! Thanks so much guys!

i dont think your eating enough. you should add a snack and a little mroe to your dinner
