Ht. 5'1, Wt. 170 goal:150 - Okay im going to start tomorrow over and work very very very f****** hard i want to acheive my goal so i will feel better about myself and how i look and everything and i want to fit better way better into those 4 shirts and i want to fit into a bathing suit. My sister said i shouldnt be on this site because "im not tinhat fat" she said that and she said i will get older and taller and i will become skinner and i shouldnt worry so much about my weight and sh!t but i think she is trying to make me feel better i mean i do pretty good sometimez and i do alot of bike ridein and stuff but i dont kno what else to do sometimez i dance to some songs and stuff im not on the trampoline much cause my neice will come over then i would be on all day :( lol im lazy but ya sometimez i go and play basketball at the park but i really need to loose weight bad my goal for now is 150 in 11 weeks and then i will go lower for that and im talking my mom into buying me a weight set so i can tone my arms and stuff and im going to do more pushups for my arms and im going to do crunchies and crap for my abs and stuff.. I need lots of tips, motivation and stuff like that anything that will make me get off of my a$$

yea try with the weights they really worked for me just make sure to work atleast 4 days a week it better if u do 5 or 6 days a week. good luck! and remember drink a whole lot of water that REALLY helps!!!
