Ht. 5 10, Wt. 185 - hey yall, 2 adays are here, thats 3 miles a day...plus workouts! oh what joy, also on the 1200 cal or less diet...wish me luck! ill keep yall posted

I dont do diets i just eat healthy. Its easier and not as much pressure put on you. But good luck with your diet!

Oh that sounds fantastic!! Im doing a similar plan. I run about 2 miles and work out three times a day for atleast 30 minutes. If you want a diet buddy, I am searching for one. I can use the motivation and a friend to talk to about it. Let me know. Otherwise I wish you much luck sweetie! xoxo-Alex
