Ht. 4'11, Wt. 142 - for breakfast im gonna have salteen crackers
and thats like it and then ill have lunch and eat tuna and salteen crackers and then ill have dinner wich i dont know what that will be yet are salts bad i think so im going to try and drink a gallon of water today

im going to go on a walk in a minute and then ill comeback and do some crunches and turn it on fit.tv and do some workout stuff i hope i do good byes

Great job sweetie!! Make sure you add some snacks in. Try some beggies or maybe an apple! And keep up on your workout. Do some crunches, go for a run, take a swim! Anything will work. If you ever want a Diet Buddy, Im looking <3 I could always use some support. Let me know. Good luck!! xoxo- Alex

Lunch should be your biggest meal of the day! You need to eat a good breakfast too because that is when your metabolism is in full gear. Like eat a bowl of oatmeal and a banana or something like that. And you need veggies! Please eat...it helps you lose weight when you chose GOOD foods. And you need a mid morning snack at like 10 or 10:30. I promise you that it is not healthy to deprive your body. You wont lose any more weight than you would if you ate healthy because your body will adjust itself to burn the amount of calories that your body consumes on average....I had to learn this the hard way.
