Ht. 5'1'', Wt. 202 now 197 - I started working out and dieting last Sunday and I've lost 5 pounds since then. But when I read everyone elses posts I just wonder if I am losing it too fast. Or is it ok for someone of my size?
Reply from sami, Age 17 - 08/02/05 - IP#: 70.32.223.xxx yeah i lost 8 pounds my first week and freaked out cause i was eating right and everything. A lot of it is weight water anyways.. so dont worry about it, just look at it as a nice jump start :) good luck

Reply from Ashley, Age 18 - 08/02/05 - IP#: 216.202.209.xxx Well the way I did it was eat a bowl of Low Sugar Quaker Oats for breakfast. An hour of fat blasting yoga. Then I have a mid morning snack, usually a Nabisco 100 calorie pack. For lunch I have a sandwich, 1 veggie, cottage cheese, and water. I have an afternoon snack of a differenct 100 calorie pack. Then after work I eat dinner which is just whatever my mother fixes...but I fix an extra veggie and eat half the meat. Then I run a mile or two before bed. I also have been taking a teen multivitamin and vitamin E. Hope this helps you

Reply from allie, Age 16 - 08/02/05 - IP#: 68.33.33.xxx no that's great! you're losing water weight right now, which will come off fast. after that though, it'll take hard work to lose fat. but youre doing great!
