Ht. 5'7", Wt. 162 - today has started off good =)..for breakfast i had 1 cup of kashi cereal without milk (because i like it dry) (190 calories) then for lunch i had a salad with tuna on top and no dressing (250 calories) and i drank a lot of water.. so i no im really behind on my calories...anyway im probably gonna swim for a little bit today and maybe play a little tennis. any suggestions to do betteer?
